The influence of short-term selenitetriglycerides supplementation on blood selenium, and hepatic, renal, metabolic and hematological parameters in dairy cows

Selenium deficiency is a common nutritional disorder in dairy cattle globally. However, selenium supplementation can lead to toxicity. This study evaluated novel, low-toxicity supplement, selenitetriglycerides, determine its efficacy and safety cows. The was conducted on 12 Holstein Friesian cows divided two equal groups (control group without of experimental with selenitetriglycerides).
